01What we collect

Just one thing: your email address, and only if you submit it through the "early access" waitlist form on this site. We don't collect names, phone numbers, or anything else.

02Why we collect it

To send you a single email when the Tapu Compass guide is ready. That's it. We don't use your email for marketing, we don't sell it, and we don't share it with any third party for their own purposes.

03Legal basis

Your explicit consent — given the moment you type your email into the form and press "Notify me."

04How long we keep it

Until the guide launches (at which point the waitlist is retired), or until you ask us to delete it sooner — whichever comes first.

05Who processes it on our behalf

Form submissions are handled by Formspree, a third-party form backend that stores the submitted email on our behalf. They are the only processor involved — we don't run our own database. See Formspree's privacy policy for how they handle it.

06Your rights

At any time, you can ask to know exactly what we have on file for you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely — no reason needed, no charge.

07Who's responsible for your data

Tapu Compass is an independent, pre-launch project — not yet a registered company. Until it is, the individual operating this project acts as the data controller for the purposes described above.

08Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the "last updated" date at the top of this page will change with it.

05Verinizi bizim adımıza işleyen üçüncü taraf

06Haklarınız

6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu'nun (KVKK) 11. maddesinden ilhamla, sade dille: dilediğiniz zaman hakkınızda tam olarak ne saklandığını öğrenme, düzeltilmesini isteme ya da tamamen silinmesini talep etme hakkınız var — herhangi bir gerekçe göstermenize veya ücret ödemenize gerek yok.

07Veri sorumlusu

Tapu Compass, henüz tüzel kişiliği olmayan, bağımsız ve henüz lansmanı yapılmamış bir projedir. Tüzel kişilik kurulana kadar, bu projeyi yürüten kişi yukarıda açıklanan amaçlar bakımından veri sorumlusu sıfatıyla hareket eder.

08Bu politikadaki değişiklikler

Bu politika değişirse, sayfanın en üstündeki "son güncelleme" tarihi de buna göre güncellenir.
